The method used in our training emulates our live face-to-face training method.
Originally created as a response to COVID, it has been refined and improved over time and based on delegate feedback, has proven most successful.
Delegate are supplied with a complete digital course manual and all relevant Excel data files.
The same interactive training method is exactly the same as our live face-to-face sessions. All courses are designed to introduce best practice modelling methods and processes using MS Excel as the model building tool.
The key to successful modelling lies in the application of correct modelling procedures, model design and structure. These core principles are explained and demonstrated using a combination of detailed course notes and Excel files.
Delegates work through various practical exercises under the supervision, and with the help, of the instructor to get to grips with practical modelling techniques. All Excel functionality necessary and essential to model building is comprehensively explained and supported by appropriate Excel examples and exercises.
All courses are hands-on with the objective is to empowering delegates to build a financial model from first principles. Courses are based on the FAST international modelling standard. The training is presented via Zoom or Teams depending on client preferences
